Our Customer Service is managed by Vikki, all day everyday! Being the proud owner of Oz Bling Fashion Jewellery Vikki prides herself on her commitment to address all customer enquiries PERSONALLY, PROMPTLY and PROFESSIONALLY. We take all customer feedback seriously and whilst we love receiving happy and positive comments we also recognise that customers have the right to complain, to be acknowledged and get a response.

 


  

ORDER PROCESS

Step 1: Simply add a product to your cart and choose 'show cart'. 

Step 2: If you are a new customer go to 'Register to Checkout' or if you have shopped with us before choose 'Login and Checkout'. 

Step 3: Place your order and once payment has been received you will be issued with an email confirming your order and details.

Step 4: Your order is shipped within 48 hours of the payment confirmation. On the day of shipment you will receive a third and final email confirming that your order is on its way.

We use Australia Post for Australia wide and shipping to the United States.

 

All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

The next day delivery service is only available within the Express Post Network.

Free regular shipping is offered for all orders valued over $100. Domestic orders only.

UNITED STATES SHIPMENTS

We use Australia Post for all shipments to the United States. Flat rate cost is AUD$22 (aprox US$15). Allow up to 10 working days for delivery.

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE: We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss incurred once orders have left our warehouse.

 


  

EXCHANGES

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase and as such we offer a three day hassle free exchange policy on all our products. You may return any item for an exchange provided that it is returned in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. This offer does not apply to clearance/sale items. Please note that we do not cover the exchange shipping costs.


If you are unhappy with an item, simply send us an email at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  within three days of delivery. We will supply you with a Return Authorisation number. Simply write the RAN on your proof of purchase and enclose it with the item to be returned.


Please note that we cannot offer an exchange on returns after three days of delivery, without a RAN, without proof of purchase and/or if goods are in an unsellable condition. For health and hygiene regulation reasons our exchange policy does not extend to our range of earrings.

 


  

REFUNDS

In strict accordance with the Australian Consumer Law we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem, for example when an item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn't do what we said it would
  • Is unsafe

Alternatively you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase.

We assure our customers that every single piece of jewellery is free of any design or manufacturing fault. We also ensure that our products did not incur any damage whilst in transit from our suppliers.


As part of our endeavour to provide 100% customer satisfaction, we believe it is crucial that our customers can see exactly what they are buying. The qualities, colors and characteristics of fashion jewellery pieces are so vast and varied and it is no secret that jewellery is one of the most complex items to photograph.


We make every effort to provide clear, detailed, close up and ‘color correct’ product photographs. However, as much care as we take, sometimes there are unavoidable factors that may affect the appearance of a select few items. It is for this reason that we take the time and effort to provide individual product specifications such as colors, sizes and even materials used in their manufacturing.


With regards to the quality and appearance of all our fashion jewellery pieces we guarantee to please! We go so far as to anticipate that the great quality of our products will surpass all of your expectations.
